It was another one of Longines' early Heritage releases and one that was instrumental in setting the standard that’s since gone from strength to strength.The 40mm stainless steel case is well proportioned and boasts a pulsation scale around the dial for a vintage reissue that comes utterly correct. But to find one that looks as good as this Longines Conquest 24 Hours is even more unlikely. The blue sunburst dial contrasts nicely with the red GMT hand while the 41mm stainless steel case offers the versatility to take you from the boardroom to the bar. I’m sure there are a bunch of people out there who have this as their one and only watch. They certainly wouldn’t have any regrets.
