Omega turned heads last?year by by unleashing some epic timepieces, with almost every collection getting major new models. The standouts have to be the feature-packed ?Spectre Limited Edition?Seamaster 300 and the?subtly glorious Globemaster, with its METAS certification (which goes well beyond a COSC certification), pie-pan dial and fluted bezel. Both managed to be conservative but game-changing at the same time.?Who could possibly have any complaints? Well, no disrespect to the powerhouse brand, but while the NATO-hacked 300 and the Globemaster are handsome watches, they’re unlikely to set the world of fashion on fire.?So, with a spirit of wanting it all, we went back to the Omega releases for 2015, settled on four lesser seen models?and handed them over to Jesse O’Brien, a photographer who’s more accustomed to shooting?women in lingerie rather than Longines. The brief was to take Omega’s 2015 range from classic?to couture.?And now, without further ado, we bring you a summer style shoot with a twist, because it also functions as the definitive personality and temperament test – are you drawn to the darkness or the light? Are you brave enough to be all-white on the night, or are you back in black? We hope that, aside from reintroducing you to some of the boldest Speedmaster iterations ever, it will also help the men reading reconsider the White Side of the Moon as a man’s watch. Just a very fashionable, very confident man.
