Oris introduces the new Aquis Chronograph, following closely on the heels of the Aquis Date collection. This timepiece features a distinctive smiley face' design with sub-dials positioned at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. Like its predecessor, the Aquis Chronograph is made with the same attention to detail, focusing on ergonomic, aesthetic, and performance enhancements. The case and bezel have been slimmed down for a lighter profile, the bracelet now tapers more elegantly, and the dial has been redesigned to improve legibility. Despite these updates, the chronograph maintains the iconic Aquis silhouette and its reputation as a high-performance tool watch. Key features, such as the screw-down crown with protective guards, a uni-directional rotating bezel with a ceramic insert, lumed markers, a transparent case back, and 30-bar (300-meter) water resistance, are all still present. Inside, the watch is powered by the Swiss Made Oris Calibre 771 automatic movement, which includes a stop-second function for precise time-setting and offers a 62-hour power reserve. The gradient blue dial adds a touch of sophistication, reminiscent of sunlight filtering through water. Nice duct. I had a garmin 405 and it didnt have the multi sport function and it was bad in the rain or when it got wet. This one works great I have used it in the pool and the ocean works great. Gps was a little slow at finding the satellites but when it did was very accurate. heart rate monitor was easy to use and functioned well.
The setup menue was a little confusing at first but once you figure it out it was easy to move around.
The buttons are but when I was on my bike it turned off beacuse my hand it the button. When you lock the watch you cant switch the modes or start or stop the watch.
Over all very happy with the watch and it preformed well
