I bought the Fitstik as well as the Pacer pedometer. I gave the Fitstik to my husband as I think he's too stressed with work. He uses it everyday and says that the breathing exercises help him calm down while in the office.

I received this watch recently and I am already in love with it!! As other's stated, it would be more convienient if the date was on the watch, but even without it's a wonderful and beautiful timepiece. Highly recommended, stand out piece that others will notice and comment on (they have for me!!)
