And he favours the ’40s and ’50s as an era to make films about.So, frankly my dears, he could have damn well worn anything from the Omega collection with aplomb. But his?choice on the day was perhaps the most understated of all options, the 40mm 18k white gold De Ville Tresor released at Baselworld this year.Clooney chose this Omega De Ville Tresor 18k white gold for his wedding day.Yep, an Omega De Ville Tresor 18k white gold on his wrist…Note some of the finer details like the silvery opaline dial with a domed vintage clous de Paris pattern. Like all Tresor models, dating back to the first in 1949, it has a thin case (the original held the legendary 30mm calibre) but unlike the original it has a state of the art anti-magnetic Master Co-Axial calibre 8511 manual winding movement.
