I got ripped off. what a surprise given where I bought it from!(Editors Note: there’s always a risk buying sight unseen?– so if you’re unsure it’s safest to buy from authorised dealers or trusted vintage watch retailers)When – did you get this watch?I’ve had it about 8 months now I thinkWhere – has this watch been?Nowhere fancy. The first months I owned it it wasn’t running very well, so it ended up in a draw until I had it serviced. It now runs like a champ and usually goes to work with me or out and about on the weekends.Why – do you love this watch?I’m a huge Rolex fan. In particular the Day-Date references interest me BUT they don’t come in stainless steel! ?This watch is the closest you can get to having a stainless steel Rolex Day-Date. It’s also big at 38mm and has wonderful wrist presence. It’s quirky and retro looking. Tudor watches are often under appreciated too, but with the modern watches being made today Tudor is an up and coming star once again.What does this watch say about who you are?On the Suigneric Nato strap it probably says I’m color blind! ?Some might say that they don’t go together but I think it looks great. ?Then again I used to drive a Pink XY GT Replica Falcon (Aussie Muscle car for the non-Australian readers) so I am a fan of things that are a bit erm… different!If you could buy any watch?tomorrow?what would it be, and why?Wow this is such a tough question for people like us! ?Ummm probably a Daytona – no idea which one, would depend on what I could find for sale in Melbourne tomorrow.
