Chopard celebrates the iconic racing figure Jacky Ickx with the Mille Miglia Classic Chronograph JX7, a collaboration between Chopard Co-President Karl-Friedrich Scheufele and Ickx himself. The watch pays homage to Ickx's legacy with design elements inspired by his legendary helmet, notably its midnight blue color and distinctive white stripes. Limited to 250 pieces for the Lucent Steel? version and 50 pieces for the two-tone version with an ethical 18-carat yellow gold bezel. The dial features Super-LumiNova? for visibility and incorporates nods to Ickx's victories at Le Mans. The glass box' sapphire crystal provides depth to the dial, while the exhibition case-back reveals the precision Swiss chronometer movement. The rubber strap, reminiscent of 1960s Dunlop racing tires, now comes in a matching blue hue.This collaboration symbolizes a 36-year friendship and a shared passion for motor sports and timepieces.
