I brought this heart monitor watch to monitor my heart rate while I was at the gym or bike riding. It has a lot features that I have not used yet and may never use. I just set it to display my heart rate. I am now in a rehab gram and the watch give the same readings as the heart monitor that the rehap gram use to log the data with. I am satified with the watch and heart rate monitor. Maybe some day I will look into the other features.
